Let’s come together this winter to revisit our past and do some shadow work, whilst we grow our inner stoic that withstands the winds of society and remains solid and unbothered.

Thirty days. Three pages. Starting together.

Summer is officially over and somehow 2026 was challenging for everyone. We’ve heard stories of failure and success, all of them marked by struggles as if this year nothing wanted to show up easily. Now, we’re headed towards a season where the commercial will try to drawn every chance we have of reflection.

Let’s challenge that. Let’s come together and make these last few months worth it by recognising our experiences and seeing the sense behind everything. Let’s check in and realise how far we’ve come. Because we’ve grown. Time to see it.

15 October to 13 November 2026.
Join in!

From the 15th of October until the 13th of November 2026, we’re gathering daily to write our three pages together. No performance, no sharing unless you want to. A supportive community of people choosing, at the same time each day, to show up for themselves.

People from completely different time zones, cities, and lives, choosing the same forty minutes to show up for themselves. No commute, no excuse, no reason not to join from wherever you are. It might be the start of something glorious.

How It Works?

1

Online SessionsWe’ll meet daily, virtually (for now) at a set time to write our daily pages in the virtual company of others who are committed to the same concept. We’ll have a little chat at the start, then mute and get on writing.

The difference between this and writing alone? Every pause you take, you’ll lift your head from the page and see the community of people dedicated to their crafts just as you are.

3

Daily StoryThe Daily Pages notebooks are designed to lead your mind into a specific area. With a quote and a short story, they help you think about elements you can explore in your 3 daily pages.

On our get togethers, we’ll spend the first couple of minutes discussing the topic of the day and you can choose to incorporate it in your writing practice, or to completely ignore it and write from the heart.

2

Your PeaceModern life is designed on the Go-Go-Go principle, mandating that you constantly move and convincing you, that just like sharks, the moment you stop moving, you die.

We say NO to that. The Daily Pages are designed to lead you through 30 days of self discovery meant to bring you peace, clarity, vision, and a balanced psyche. The practice and stories don’t ask you to do. They ask you to be.

Do you want to feel ALIVE again

You’re not crazy. Constant rushing makes life feel meaningless. It’s counter intuitive, I know, but sometimes the more you get done, the less life feels worth living. It doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. It simply means that you never take a moment to actually see it.

Remember What Makes YOU happy

You know how to enjoy life; it’s not a skill but a memory. You did it unintentionally when you were a kid and you saw everything as pure magic. The magic is still there and all you need to do is give yourself permission to see it. Join the Challenge and we’ll remind you how it’s done.

Hello, Your Name is …

Do you remember who YOU really are? Do you really like ice coffee, or is it simply fashionable? Do you love what you do, or is it just a habit? Or a necessity? Do you even know what you’d like to change it with? These are tough questions. Don’t blame yourself if the answers escape you. Simply join the challenge and meet yourself again.

£1/day is less than a coffee
The Real Costs: COMMITMENT

This challenge is £1 a day. Low enough that cost is never the real barrier — but real enough to ask something of you.

Because here’s the truth: if you’re not willing to take yourself seriously enough to invest a single pound a day in your own clarity, why would anyone else take you seriously either? Commitment starts with how you treat yourself first. This is where that starts.

Questions? Answers!

The main goal is to achieve consistency, but Daily Pages is meant to be the one practice in your life that doesn’t cause stress. That thing that you do because you WANT TO, not because you have to.

So, no, regular attendance is not mandatory. Come when you can. Every session stands alone. There’s no penalty for missing a day — just come back the next one.

No. Cameras on is encouraged because there’s something powerful about writing in the visible company of others, but it is never required.

Good. This challenge is a guided one for exactly that reason. You don’t need experience. You just need to show up.

Yes, you can. But make sure the timing suits your schedule.

The sessions will be held on Zoom and you can join via phone or computer – whichever is more convenient. You will receive the email link as soon as you sign up and a reminder closer to the start date.

Your Host

Hey, I’m Nina. I’ll be the one on screen with you each morning. It’s nice to meet you!

I spent over twenty years in marketing – strategy, copy, the whole machinery of telling people what to buy. None of it ever quite touched the part of me that needed somewhere honest to go. So I started writing three pages a day, with no plan and no audience, just to find out what I actually thought.

It worked. Not in a dramatic, overnight way. It worked slowly, the way real things always do. I noticed the patterns I’d been avoiding. I said things on the page I hadn’t said anywhere else. I came back to myself, a little more, with every notebook I filled.

This challenge is a version of that I get to share with you. I’m not here to teach you a technique. I’m just going to show up, every morning, invite your creative genius to join, and write my own three pages alongside yours, trusting that something good happens when people do that together.

I’v seen it in action. It’s worth it!
