Our Approach
We want you to feel good about every purchase you make with Daily Pages. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. This policy covers all purchases made directly through our website. For purchases made through Amazon, Amazon’s own returns policy applies.
Physical Products
You have the right to return any physical product within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You do not need to give a reason.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been written in or damaged after receipt.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied — in which case we will cover the cost of return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a brief description and, where possible, a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where required.
Digital Products and Downloadable Content
You have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase.
However, by downloading a file or accessing digital content, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You will be asked to confirm this explicitly at the point of purchase before access is granted.
If you have purchased digital content but have not yet accessed or downloaded it, you are entitled to a full refund within the 14-day cancellation window. Contact us at hello@dailypages.life to request this.
Community Memberships
Free membership — There is nothing to refund for free membership. You may cancel or leave at any time.
Paid membership — You may cancel your paid membership within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not yet accessed any paid content or attended any live sessions or events included in your membership. Once paid content has been accessed, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Online Challenges and Live Events
Refunds for online challenges and live events are available up to 7 days before the event or challenge start date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
If we cancel or significantly change a scheduled event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
How Refunds Are Processed
All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout via Stripe. Please allow up to 14 days from the date your refund is approved for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
