Aberdino Limited operates Daily Pages, which offers the following:

  • Physical products — Daily Pages notebooks and related stationery, available for purchase directly through our website or via Amazon.
  • Digital products — Downloadable content including PDFs, journaling prompts, and related materials.
  • Community membership — Both free and paid tiers, giving access to challenges, live sessions, events, and community spaces.
  • Online challenges and live events — Scheduled sessions and guided experiences available to community members.

Where products are purchased through Amazon, your purchase is subject to Amazon’s own terms and conditions in addition to, or instead of, ours. We are not responsible for transactions completed on Amazon’s platform.

4. Ordering and Payment

All orders placed through our website are processed in GBP (£). By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and we accept all major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods made available through Stripe at checkout. We do not store your payment details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their security standards.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched or, for digital products, when access is granted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

Physical orders are dispatched in accordance with the delivery timeframes stated at checkout. We aim to process orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Delivery is currently available to addresses within the UK. For international orders, please check availability at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. The following policy applies to both physical and digital products.

Physical Products

You have the right to cancel your order and return physical products within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Digital Products and Community Memberships

You have the right to cancel a digital purchase or membership within 14 days of purchase. Please note that by accessing digital content — such as downloading a file or joining a live session — you may be waiving your right to a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We will make this clearly known at the point of purchase.

For paid community memberships, cancellations made within the 14-day window and before any content has been accessed will receive a full refund. After this period, or once content has been accessed, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Community Membership

Daily Pages operates a community available in both free and paid tiers. By joining the community, you agree to engage respectfully and in good faith with other members and with us.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any member who engages in behaviour that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive to the community — without refund where applicable.

A full community code of conduct will be published in due course and will form part of these terms once available. Members will be notified when this is introduced.

Free membership does not guarantee permanent access to any specific feature, content, or event. We reserve the right to change the scope of free membership at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Daily Pages website — including text, images, prompts, downloadable materials, and branding — is the intellectual property of Aberdino Limited unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you credit Daily Pages appropriately.

Downloadable content purchased or accessed through membership is licensed for your personal use only. It may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Our website contains links to third-party platforms including Amazon, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. When you follow these links, you leave our website and the terms and privacy policy of the relevant third party apply.

We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party platform. The inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement.

Where links to Amazon are affiliate links, we may earn a small commission on qualifying purchases. This does not affect the price you pay.

10. Limitation of Liability
